Please read the following terms and conditions carefully these are applicable to all users and all purchases made from this website.

These terms are subject to change at any time and it is advisable you should check them before making any new purchase. We have tried to lay them out as simply as possible, you may find it useful to print a copy for your reference.

These term and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Different ways to pay

Debit Card - No surcharge. The watch must be dispatched to the billing address of the card.

Credit Card - No surcharge. The watch must be dispatched to the billing address of the card.

Cheque - Payable to Time UK Limited. Funds must clear before the watch is released.

Bankers Draft - Payable to Time UK Limited. All drafts will be authenticated by our bank before the watch is released.

Postal Order - Payable to Time UK Limited

Bank Transfer - Please contact us for our bank account details.

Personal Information

To process any card payments we will typically need the following information:

- Cardholder's name

- Type of card

- Card number

- Card expiry date

- Card issue date

- The full billing address of your card

- The last three digits from the code on the back of your card

Anti-Fraud Prevention

All credit card & debit card orders will be checked to verify the billing address matches with the bank.

Where available a 3D secure pin will be required to complete card transactions

We will only deliver to the credit card holder's address.

Every fraud attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We record every detail regarding the transaction including your IP/MAC address of your PC.

Warranty Cover

The limited 2 year warranty covers mechanical faults or breakdown only, i.e. problems with the timekeeping element (movement) which is down to manufacturing defect, where it has been deemed by the supplier of the item that it was not "fit for purpose" before sale.

Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigirous activities such as vibration or dropping are not covered under any circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties.

Pricing

Our pricing system is based on the manufacturer's recommended retail price. As manufacturers reserve the right to alter the RRP products without notice we must also reserve that right.

Complaints

If you should feel the need to make a complaint for whatever reason we would appreciate if you could email or phone us. Your complaint will be taken seriously, we will investigate and will do the utmost to rectify any problem, while keeping you informed of the outcome.

We endeavour to describe all our watches accurately so you know exactly what you are buying. All pictures of watches shown have been taken by ourselves or our associates. Time UK Limited is not affiliated with any watch manufacturers shown. The names, trademarks, designs, logos etc. and all intellectual property rights of the brands listed are the exclusive property of their respective owners. We take great pride in our service and all our items are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new and unworn, boxed and are all hand checked before being posted.
