All details that we handle are specified and consented by you when making a transaction to purchase a watch. We use a premium payment merchant to handle all card transactions to ensure a top level of security to isolate any fraudulent activities, every transaction is 128-bit encrypted (or better) this means your details are jumbled up and can not be deciphered if intercepted during transmission.

Once you complete a transaction and your details come through to us, we use it only to contact you with regards to your transaction and to dispatch your item, we will never make any telemarketing or unsolicited contact. Your details (hard-copy) are stored in a secure location in remote premises and electronically on our secure payment merchants administration panel. We may also store an invoice on our invoicing system which is password protected and accessed by only authorised personnel for legitimate reasons.
